www.untaggedstudio.com is a website for the promotion and sale of print textile designs and surface patterns which can be viewed by you on this website. The collection can be purchased by e-mail. These terms and conditions apply to all and any use of this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions please do not use this website. We reserve the right to discontinue or to make partial or complete modifications to this website or to the terms and conditions of use, or terms and conditions of sales and delivery. Please note that we may make such changes at our own discretion and without prior announcement. We must therefore ask you, next time you visit this website, to view the conditions again and to note any changes or amendments that may have been made.

Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

Image Availability

We try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that all Images featured on the website are always available.

Orders

Order will be placed through email contact

Delivery

Once the invoice is accepted, within 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail with the Wetranfer link to download your purchased items.

The download link will expire after x days. If you do not download images within this time, you may contact us via e-mail to obtain a new link.

Payment

All orders will be payed by invoice within 30 days

License to Use

When you purchase an Image featured on our website we grant an exclusive, royalty free license to reproduce the Image for the permanent term and worldwide. Sale and an assignment of license to use, is always granted at our sole discretion. Post sale, license to use is granted to the buyer only once payment in full is processed.

The download link will expire after 7 days. If you do not download images within this time, you may contact us via e-mail to obtain a new link.

Refunds/Exchanges

Please note that we cannot accept refunds or exchanges due to immediate release of image and its license to use at the moment of payment. All sales are final.
